Comedic actor Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday morning on drug and battery charges after he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old girl’s tank top and bra. The incident reportedly took place outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, Calif., where Dick appeared to be intoxicated and was found to be in possession of Marijuana and Xanax.
